This season explores that delicate balance presenting a modern perspective.Designer Daisuke Obana visited the UK for the first time since 2018 where he encountered numerous remade garments coexisting with traditional British pieces. Experiencing the countrys vintage culture - something previously unfamiliar to him - led to a newfound appreciation for the potential of remaking. Traditional tailoring is deconstructed and reassembled with a softer approach. Impressions drawn from art and cityscapes translate into the color palette while classic textiles are reimagined using innovative materials. The collection integrates functionality presenting a fresh take on tradition.・A T-shirt inspired by the British duffle coat.Wide topstitching along the sleeve’s outer seams and throughout the garment references duffle coat details. Features slightly longer sleeves.Ribbed neckline.
